Very interesting evening with the handing over of the cheque to Verena Gschnell, director of the Organisation for a Solidarity World.
The OEW-Organisation for a World of Solidarity is a non-profit organisation based in Brixen. For about 30 years it has been working in South Tyrol for an open society and to promote conscious consumption and sustainable international cooperation.
The sum donated is the proceeds from the sale of the 2024 Christmas Market.
In particular, the Move the date (OEW) campaign is mentioned. 6 May will be OEW Day, the day on which we will have exhausted our natural resources by 2025 and from which we will live only from reserves and at the expense of others.
